WHAT IT DOES

This pigmented product also features the new Oilshine Moisture Complex — a yummy blend of babassu, coconut, apricot and jojoba oils — to help soften and condition lips. Designed to be worn on its own, over lip pencil or lipstick, it's the perfect product for creating shine that lasts. It's pigmented, very shiny and can impart subtle or dramatic colour.

HOW TO USE IT

Apply to lips using applicator. Wear alone, with lipstick or lip pencil.
