WHAT IT DOES

The unique*, gel-base formula is highly concentrated in shimmering pearlescent micro-pigments that blend seamlessly and diffuse light in its purest intensity*. This long-wearing highlighter powder is available in two new finishes: Halo for a crystal glow, Strobe** for a duo-chrome shimmer.

HOW TO USE IT
  • 1. Apply Dior Forever Glow Luminizer highlighter powder with a brush or fingertips on cheekbones, the bridge of the nose and collarbone.
  • 2. The hybrid cheek and eye gel-based formula can be applied wet or dry, for custom intensity.
