The Chuck Hughes 5.2 L Oval Cast Iron offers a Dutch oven style of cooking by evenly distributing heat while retaining moisture. Great for long items like roasts, the enameled cast iron distributes and retains heat evenly. The cast iron lid has built-in dimples to help retain and redistribute moisture.
